Our Facilitators

We got ‘Thought Leaders’ on board who are passionate and experienced about families and relationships. Cumulatively, the 14 Facilitators have close to 200 years marriage experience with an average of 13 years 10months in all. They are people who have been on that journey of improvement and seek to provide resources to help others too.

Modupe EHIRIM

Modupe EHIRIM, the founder of The Right Fit Marriage Academy, works with men and women to become persons that their spouses look forward to coming home too.

Using The Right Fit Marriage Program, Modupe Ehirim guides married people to intentionally design and build healthy and long-lasting marriages.

She is a Certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator. The SYMBIS Assessment gives you a personalized road map to making your marriage everything it was meant to be. She is also a Certified Family Systems Engineering Practitioner. The Network of FSE Practitioners comprises professionals who work to restore dignity to human relationships in marriage, parenting and family life.

Modupe has varied experiences. She graduated with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University)  in 1980. She then worked for with the Central Bank of Nigeria (Building and Engineering Services) for seventeen years before setting up a retail book business which she operated for thirteen years. She has served on the National Executive Committees of two business membership organisations Christian Booksellers Association Nigeria (CBAN) and NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW). She is currently a member of the board of OASIS International,  Publishers of the Africa Study Bible.

Modupe, an avid reader, is passionate about relationships and marriages. She mentors young people, helping them to chart their lives’ paths. She teaches on marriage topics daily in The Right Fit Marriage Academy, a Facebook Community  that currently has 10,500 members. She’s also the Counsellor on the popular weekly Relationship and Marriage Show, Make We Talk Am on WaZoBia 95.1 FM Radio.

Of Yoruba origin, she is happily married to Boniface, her husband of over thirty-four years, who is of Igbo origin. Together, they have together four lovely children.

Tunde Elesin 

Mr. Tunde Elesin has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 18 years of experience in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, providing business development and commerical services to the Oil and Gas sector. He has an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in America. Presently, he works for DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited (A DeltaTek and Worley Company) as Vice President, Business Development. He is experienced in turning business prospect into successful project. He is a John.C. Maxwell certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker. He is a facilitator at the Impact Your World Leadership Initiative.He is Married to Bridget Elesin and blessed with three Children. He and his wife, Bridget are the publishers of the Complete Family Magazine.

Adeniyi Adekunle

Bridget Elesin

Bridget Elesin is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Trainer, Teacher and Speaker as well as a Marriage Masters Mentor and a family life Practitioner. She is the author of the books;  Fathers, You must take the lead , BridgetlySpeaking and Father-Mentor.. leaving a worthy legacy for your sons and daughters.
She teaches individuals how to live their best life with transformational results. She is passionate about the family and ensuring men become better fathers while working with their wives as a team to build the family. She is also a firm believer in leaving everyone she meets better than the way she met them. She is joyfully married to Tunde Elesin and makes her home in Lagos with her three blessed and prophetic children. She and her husband are the publishers of the Complete family magazine.

Zainab R. Obi

Vicky Omoniyi

Vicky Omoniyi is a passionate educator and strong advocate of right parenting.
She holds a certificate from International Faith Based Counseling Institute, She is a graduate of Family Systems Engineering Institute, hold a certificate in ‘Out of the box Parenting Course’. She is a resourceful counselor in the last 15 years
She is a mother to many, a motivator per excellence and the Executive Director at Doyens Schools, Lagos.
She is happily married with three lovely daughters.

Ekimiebi Esiri

Ekimiebi Esiri is an experienced early years practitioner and educational consultant who has worked in diverse roles with teachers, parents and children both in nursery and elementary classrooms at home and abroad. As an early years curriculum developer, school environment designer, teacher trainer and parenting educator, she provides professional development and tailor made courses for teachers, child care givers and parents in schools, NGOs and churches with the aim of enabling safe, stable and nurturing relationships between children and the adults that care for them.
She has qualifications from internationally reputable Montessori institutions including the Houston Montessori Center, Texas, USA (AMS), the Association Montessori International (AMI), the college of Modern Montessori-South Africa, and the Montessori Center International, London, UK where she got certified as an early years Montessori teacher trainer. In addition she has a Masters’ in Early Childhood education from the University of Sheffield, UK as well as an MSc and a BSc in Sociology from the University of Port Harcourt.
In addition, Ekimiebi Esiri is a Parenting practitioner certified by Care for the Family-Positive Parenting, UK and the Positive Disciple Association, USA.

Gbonjubola Sanni, a certified accountant and counselor, is a Financial Literacy Advocate with special interest in children. This passion led her to co-author the ABC of Financial Intelligence book series to help ensure every child gets it right financially. In addition to that she added The Eadda Club Workbook and The Eadda Vision Book to further help children get started with their life goals. She also initiated Eadda Kids, a Company on a mission to raise money smart children who will make wise financial decisions and The Eadda Parents Group, a telegram group for their parents. Some of the children who have passed through her trainings are now kidpreneurs, more focused about life and also better money managers. In addition to her work with children, she shares her in-depth knowledge in the area of Financial Intelligence on various platforms to help parents to be better influences to their own children.
